Aibel has both an engineering office and a world-class yard in Haugesund.

The yard area at Risøy outside Haugesund city is 234,000 square metres in size. It includes administration buildings, central warehouse and a number of production and assembly halls, among them the towering North Sea Hall – a city landmark.

The Haugesund office has a long and proud industrial history. Countless projects within ships and the oil and gas industry have provided the company with solid experience and competence. Today, the yard is involved in almost all of Aibel’s  projects, delivering everything from fabrication and assembly services to parts and standalone products. The yard also takes on a considerable number of assignments related to overhauling, upgrading and classing of ships and rigs.

The engineering office in Haugesund is an experienced execution centre for modification and renewable projects.
