Oslo hus - reception

In addition to engineers, the staff comprises administration with HR, legal services, finance and IT.

The Oslo office currently has a full work load, including projects such as Gudrun, the Troll A platform and the CO2 technology centre at Mongstad. Aibel's activities in Oslo are on the increase and the company has plans to more than double its workforce by the end of 2012.

Aibel in Oslo have just moved into new offices in Asker city centre, about a half hour's drive from Oslo city centre. We are close to residential areas in Asker, with schools and sports clubs in close vicinity. The new offices have space for 1,000 persons and allow for a further increase in the number of employees and consultants, while also catering for customer needs.

The working environment for the employees at the Oslo office is described as excellent, with a healthy mix of age and experience. Lately, the company has welcomed many young professionals to join the staff. There is an active welfare society arranging social activities on a regular basis, such as cycling, squash, golf, rock climbing and football.

Location manager of the Oslo office, Stig Jessen, believes that trust and high speed are two apt words to describe Aibel in Oslo.
