Students

Aibel has around 5 500 employees. The company is in steady growth, and we welcome graduates to start their career with us.
Apprentices

Aibel annually accepts 50 new apprentices in Haugesund and Hammerfest. They are trained in different disciplines, such as plumbers, welders and electricians.

In Aibel we offer a range of different training to our employees. Through Aibel Academy both new, experienced and foreign employees attend courses.
