Stian Hustvedt (43)
Stian works on the NCP project (Norway Capital Project). In addition to being Technical Supervisor, Stian is also responsible for ensuring that the branch has access to the resources required to execute the project.
Hustvedt has worked for Aibel for five years. The first six months he worked with design, and after these six months he has been Discipline Lead on various projects.
Stian is a certified metal worker. He also attended Technical College which he completed in the evening after work.
After completing his studies he has held a number of jobs: job setting, design, drawing, field engineer and discipline leadership on projects.
Hustvedt is married and has two children who are very interested in handball. Handball therefore takes up much of the family's spare time.
Hustvedt likes his job and feels that both his staff and supervisors place great trust in him.
"I am very happy at work. It is inspiring to work with so many talented colleagues. Aibel is amazing at facilitating the work day so that it is always challenging and interesting."
I feel that I learn something new every day.
