Health

Aibel wants to be a healthy workplace. The health and working environment of our employees are important, and we give job satisfaction high priority.
By providing our employees with a healthy working environment – physical and psychosocial – they can do their best. We will not compromise on working environment and health, regardless of where we work.

Safety

Aibel has a corporate culture in which safety comes first. We should not cause injury to personnel, or damage the environment or assets. Our ultimate goal is zero injuries and our proactive risk management system is designed to achieve this.

Safety must govern everything we do at all levels, from management to the individual employee. It is important that everyone contributes to safety at work, and responsibility for safety goes from top management and downwards. Everything we do must be permeated by safe procedures and supportive personnel, in the services we deliver and the work we do.
We are all responsible for own safety and that of others.

The environment

At Aibel, we are committed to doing our best to protect the environment. Much of the work involved in designing new facilities or upgrading and modifying existing ones, involves meeting increasingly stringent environmental requirements and expectations of customers and employees.

At Aibel, we try to promote eco-friendly practices whenever possible. We are conscious of our role, and will always strive to avoid causing a negative impact on the environment.
