Young in Aibel

Young in Aibel (YiA) is an employee-led informal network for employees aged 35 or younger.

The aim of the initiative is to create networks among the company's younger employees, across disciplines and projects, locations and ranks.

Here you have the opportunity to get to know fellow colleagues and the industry that you're a part of. Young in Aibel is intended to be a combination of social gathering and acquiring new expertise.

The arena is also an opportunity to participate in events with YiA networks on other Aibel locations.

All employees fulfilling the criteria for age are automatically part of YiA and will receive invitations for events and activities.
