Summer Internship
A summer internship with Aibel offers a unique insight into whether a future career with us is right for you. You will gain valuable experience, learn about our industry and make some good friends.
Our summer internships are normally announced from mid January to March every year.
In Haugesund, Aibel also takes part in the Sildikon Valley project, recruiting students for summer internships in project positions within technology.

Student Internship
Are you required to complete a practice placement or a set number of course-related hours as part of your Bachelor's or Master's studies?
Aibel welcomes students in Norway who need practical experience connected to their academic program to apply for a course-related internship with us.
Student internships are offered in collaboration with Universities and higher education institutions as part of their academic requirements. These internship provide relevant work experience alongside studies and may vary in scope depending on the needs of the educational institution and the student.

In the application form, you will be asked to specify your field of study, relevant subjects, and the practice requirements you need to fulfill.
Please attach your CV and a short motivational cover letter describing your academic background and the expected duration and scope of the internship period.
Applications are reviewed continuously, and selected candidates will be contacted.
A limited number of students will be offered an internship placement, including guidance and follow-up from experienced professionals throughout the practice period.
