Aibel AS attracts experienced director to its Board

Respected industry heavyweight Jarle Roth has been recruited to further strengthen the Board of Directors at Aibel AS.

Jarle Roth is the head of Umoe Industri and Deputy CEO of the Umoe Group. He also holds the position as Chairman of several boards within the Umoe Group, Sønnico Installasjon, as well as being a director of the Grieg Shipping Group and Kverneland ASA. Mr Roth has also served on the FAFO Research Foundations Advisory Committee.

Representing the Board of Aibel AS, the Executive Chairman, Jo Lunder, comments on the news: ‘We are very pleased to announce that Jarle Roth has become a director of the Aibel Board. His strong industry experience and broad business experience, including practical knowledge of corporate governance and boardroom practice, will be of great importance to the Company.’ 

In addition to Jarle Roth, the other members of the Aibel AS Board of directors are: Chairman Jo Lunder, directors Gert Munthe, Lars A. Takla and Idar Eikrem, and employee representatives Momir Repaja, Asbjørn John Eggesbø, Karsten Amble Bøe.
