Aibel Group Ltd. attracts additional experienced director to its Board

Gordon Hamilton joins as non-executive director Respected industry heavyweight Gordon Hamilton has been recruited to further strengthen the Board of Directors at Aibel Group Limited.

Gordon Hamilton, who recently retired as a senior audit partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he had worked for more than 30 years, joins as non-executive director and chair of the audit committee. Hamilton has extensive experience of FTSE 100 and 350 audit committees in a wide range of industries as well as a broad practical knowledge of corporate governance and boardroom practice.

Representing the Board of Aibel, the Executive Chairman, Clive Mather, comments on the news: “We are very pleased to announce Gordon Hamilton as a new Board member.
