As part of our growth plan Aibel is looking for Business Development Manager(s) to help us meet our strategic and growth ambitions and secure a diverse portfolio of business in both conventional and emerging markets.

Be a valued member of a winning team

As a Business Development Manager your will be a key part of the Market & Business Development team responsible for project pursuits, capture strategies, strategy input, market intelligence & analysis and client management. You will establish and maintain contact with existing and new clients, and follow up leads and explore new opportunities within the field development, offshore wind and/or emerging markets. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, oversee growth projects, providing input to sales projections and financial forecasts.

Together with the rest of the tender teams and other key resources in the company, your goal will be to position Aibel to win new projects. With various work tasks, exciting projects, and good development opportunities, you will get a role and an area of ​​responsibility that is both varied and exciting.

  • BSc /MSc /Equivalent
  • Relevant experience may compensate lack of formal education
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Commercial management, project execution and/ or study management experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field
