Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Manager, you will lead and oversee the Compliance & Ethics program for EPC, Oil & Gas, and Fabrication projects. In this role, you will be involved in driving compliance governance, managing audits, assessing risks, and ensuring alignment with corporate standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
About the position
The role leads and oversees the Compliance & Ethics program for EPC, Oil & Gas, and Fabrication projects, ensuring full alignment with corporate standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulations. It collaborates closely with project, legal, procurement, HR, and management teams to strengthen a culture of compliance and integrity while supporting audits, investigations, and whistleblowing processes. The role also provides compliance guidance across contracts, bids, project documentation, and integrated management systems, helping identify and mitigate regulatory, integrity, and third‑party risks throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, it offers expertise on Thai Labour Law and workforce compliance to ensure operational adherence across project sites and fabrication environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Compliance, Ethics, Audit, or Risk Management within EPC, Oil & Gas, Fabrication, or Industrial project environments.
- Strong experience in audits, contract review, bid compliance, and project governance.
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in labour law.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (minimum TOEIC 850), both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of anti‑corruption, regulatory compliance, and contractor/supplier risk management.
- Thai with good spoken and written English skills, as the role requires strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations and regular interaction with Thai government authorities.
