Discipline Lead / Group Lead - Process Design

We are now looking for Discipline Leads/Group Leads – Process Design to our Field Development & Offshore Wind Business Unit. This unit currently covers three main segments; Offshore Wind, Hydrogen and Oil & Gas. Low carbon and zero emission solutions are in focus in all three segments. Our projects cover all phases from Feasibility, Conceptual design to FEED and Detail Engineering.

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability and interest in building and leading a team of process engineers. You will play a key role in the planning and execution of projects. We are seeking a leader who can inspire and develop our process engineers to deliver to their full potential. You must have a strong background in process engineering and a multidiscipline understanding. You will work in a highly skilled team where the goal is to create good technical solutions for our clients according to our contractual requirements.

Qualifications and education:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in engineering
  • Experience in leading teams of engineers
  • Strong competence in main process and/or utility systems
  • Ability and interest in inspiring and supporting people to deliver at their best

  • Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English - Both orally and in writing
  • Proactive, advise seeking and sees the value of sharing experiences
