Engineer / Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (Offshore Wind)

About the Position

You will strengthen the Renewables Engineering team in Haugesund and contribute to reliable and efficient O&M deliveries for offshore wind projects. The role supports continuity of competence and robust EPC execution by integrating maintenance and reliability practices across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities and Tasks

You will develop maintenance, reliability, spare‑parts and operations philosophies, perform RAM and RCM activities including FMECA, and optimise preventive and condition‑based maintenance programmes. You will support maintenance planning, assess spare‑parts needs and contribute to SPIR lists, collaborate across disciplines to integrate RAM/RCM principles into design, and provide operational recommendations to improve lifecycle performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Senior Engineer: typically 5+ years within O&M, RAM or operational support, preferably in offshore wind or offshore projects
  • Engineer: relevant academic background within maintenance, reliability or operations
  • Experience with RAM/RCM activities, including FMECA
  • Experience with preventive and condition‑based maintenance
  • Experience with spare‑parts strategies and SPIR lists

Personal Qualities

You communicate clearly and collaborate well in multidisciplinary environments. You work independently with a structured, detail‑oriented approach and contribute positively to knowledge sharing. You are proactive, quality‑oriented and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines. English fluency is required; Norwegian is an advantage.
