As a graduate in Aibel you will get permanent employment from day one, and most of our graduates will be mobilised into a project shortly after they start. We do not expect you to be an expert when you join us. You will get a “buddy” and we will provide you with training and support along the way. About Business Development
The Business Development organisation supports the strategic direction of Aibel, develop business opportunities (engage with customers and partners), and secure order intake through tendering processes. Team members in this part of our organisation typical have a background within Finance, Technical and/or Legal. Diverse teams are key to best understand the different drivers in a project; project execution, Terms & Conditions, pricing and technical solution.

About Supply Chain
The Supply Chain organization in Aibel ensures value creation across business units and projects, through close cooperation with suppliers and partners. Our main focus is to ensure quality of products, best total cost and to deliver on time. The organization consists of around 100 permanent employees located in Bergen, Haugesund, Stavanger and Oslo. The majority of our personnel are engaged in various project roles; such as procurement managers, buyers and logistic operators across our locations. Project procurement are responsible for procurement of goods and services to Aibel projects and our employees have a major contribution to ensure value creation and projects deliveries according to agreed cost, time and quality. All our employees work in close collaboration with engineering, project management, cost and other disciplines, as well as our pre-approved, professional suppliers.
