Your responsibilities:
- Drive Lean, Quality management and Continuous improvement both in operations support and with technology development in all processes, quality, cost saving and productivity, and monitoring progress in all activities including continuous improvement plans and quality standards, to meet the company’s targets and policy.
- Develop the overall continuous improvement strategy for business in alignment with company-wide strategy
- Lead and drive a data driven culture of continuous process improvement throughout the organization utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles
- Provide leadership and support to team on continuous improvement systems implementations such as company's performance system
- Monitoring, report and provide comments on the monthly savings achieved compared to the annual target.
- Conduct regular staff training in Operational Improvement methodology in order to maintain focus on achieving a low cost highly efficient operation including Lean Six Sigma methods.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to improve quality and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the fabrication and assembly areas.
- Coordinate regular self-assessment audits with the team, of the systems used to ensure compliance to the standards.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineer/ Mechanical / Production Engineering or any related field
- Proven ‘hands on’ Oil & Gas topside, FPSO module fabrication and assembly background and Lean management experience
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma preferably as a Black Belt and/or Lean Master is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving programs and projects
- Capacity and work experience with cross functional teams
- Experience with new plant setup or business expansion will be an advantage
Key Requirements :
- At least ten years' experience in operations, technical or commercial role with a continuous improvement, lean or process improvement in Oil & Gas, renewables top sides and FPSO module fabrication and assembly environment
- Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt
- Experienced leader with a track record of developing diverse talent
- Experience with working with BOI preferred but not essential
- Fluent communication skills in Thai and English
