The role includes oversight of logistics documentation, evaluation and management of logistics service providers, coordination of heavy‑lift and oversized cargo movements, and monitoring of logistics KPIs, costs and quality performance. You will also support the development of Material & Logistics Leads (MLL), ensure compliance with W3 and Aibel Logistics Policies, and act as a key reference for SAP usage and internal IWS initiatives.

You demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions in fast‑paced project environments. A high level of accountability, attention to detail—particularly in compliance and documentation—and the ability to manage multiple timelines are essential. You work independently while maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships with suppliers, authorities and internal stakeholders, contributing to efficient operations and a positive working environment.
