Performance Improvement Manager

With more than a hundred years of experience, Aibel is a leading supplier within the oil, gas and offshore wind industries. We offer our customers optimal and innovative solutions within engineering, construction, modifications and maintenance throughout the project's life cycle. Exciting, right?

In Aibel we are continously working to improve working methods and tools in order to stay competitive and adapt to new markets. We run a number of improvement projects to optimalize the way we work. In 2022 we need to strengthen the team and we are looking for a new and engaged Performance Improvement manager to join our team. The role will be an important contributor both in providing support in our business projects, as well as in internal improvement projects.

We are now looking for a Performance Improvement Manager who can contribute to Aibel’s exciting journey in the ongoing energy transition.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, execution and closing of projects
  • Support in the implementation phase of results in to a business project
  • Documentation and producing training material related to the outcome of the improvement
  • Undertake the role as Performance Improvement Manager in business projects
  • Support the development of digital initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience from multidiscipline collaboration
  • Experience as project or team leader
  • Experience from defining and implementing new work processes
  • Experience with managing improvement projects and implementation of results in business projects
  • Experience in working with change management in organisations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong English and Norwegian Communication skills- both orally and in writing
  • Multidiscipline skillsett with an interest for IT tools

  • Understanding and interest of IT systems and ability to communicate with IT personnel
