Senior Engineer  - Process

As a Senior Engineer – Process, you will have a key role in one of the upstream disciplines setting the premises for the overall design in our projects. You will be part of a large and competent process team in Stavanger, but you will also work in projects across our office locations and be part of a huge process team in Aibel consisting of skilled engineers and experienced experts. 

About the position

In this role you will hold senior process positions in our project portfolio consisting of a great variety of early phase studies, FEED studies and EPCI projects within Brownfield and/or MMO Frame Agreements. The senior positions can be such as discipline lead (DL), discipline responsible engineer (DRE), system responsible engineer (SRE) or holding roles performing complex process evaluations in the projects.

Qualifications

  • Technical college, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience within process design in the oil & gas business, project experience in Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge within process simulations (UniSim, Aspen Hysys, etc.) is an advantage
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Norwegian language skills are an advantage
