Senior / Principal Engineer – Piping Layout & Material Handling (Offshore Wind)

About the Position
You will contribute to integrated engineering across piping, layout and material handling for offshore wind substations, ensuring safe, operable and constructible design solutions.
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will perform and coordinate layout and piping design in E3D, develop material‑handling solutions including transport routes and lifting concepts, assess access for operation and maintenance, plan and evaluate lifting and handling requirements, perform modelling and drawing production, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong competence in at least two of the following: piping, layout or material handling
- Working knowledge of the third discipline
- Experience with E3D or similar 3D tools
- Experience from multidisciplinary engineering environments
Personal Qualities
You are structured, solution‑oriented and detail‑focused. You communicate well, work effectively across disciplines and contribute to high‑quality project execution. English fluency is required; Norwegian is an advantage.
