Senior Technical Officer - LCI

Engineering in Stavanger is looking to strengthen the LCI team with a new Senior Technical Officer. You will play an important part in monitoring and reporting LCI progress against LCI milestones, and also a possibility to hold the role as a LCI Discipline Lead.

About the position
Ensuring a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities, will be important parts of the role. We're seaching for you with minimum 10-15 years' relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry. Within the dynamic energy sector, we’re embarking on numerous exciting projects. We hope that you want to contribute to our fantastic team!

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
  • Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
  • Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
  • Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
  • Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in engineering within any field, and experience as Discipline Lead
  • Extensive experience within LCI/Document Control can compensate for formal requirements
  • Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys, STID and Change Manager
  • Competence in document management systems ProArc, STID and Pims DC
  • Good command of both Norwegian and English
