Site Material Coordinator (Contract)

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist/Oversee company’s receive, store of project equipment, witness of receipt and storage, report any damages to project packages.
  • Check Temperature/RH levels in Climate controlled warehouse facilities are being met and report any deviations.
  • Oversee company’s in the preservation of packages which are already outlined in the PES/PIMS preservation matrix, dates, preservation details etc
  • Assist with transfer of packages to site for installation on the platform.

Work experience requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Sector
  • Have a valid Singapore driving license
  • Possess own a vehicle as the Material Coordinator will need to travel to 4 external warehouse facilities.
  • Able to partially work from the site offices and external warehouses.

MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED AT THE SITE / YARD

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering
