About the position
A Student Internship at Aibel is designed for students who need to complete a practice placement or a required number of course‑related hours as part of their Bachelor’s or Master’s program. The internship is offered in collaboration with your educational institution and provides hands‑on experience in a professional work environment.
You will contribute to real tasks within your discipline and collaborate with experienced colleagues across teams. The internship content will be tailored to the academic requirements defined by your institution and aligned with Aibel’s ongoing projects and activities. A dedicated Mentor will ensure you receive relevant assignments, learning support, and regular follow‑up throughout the internship period.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a university or higher education institution in Norway
- Internship/practice placement is part of your academic requirements
- Relevant field of study (e.g., engineering, IT, business, HR, finance, HSE, communication, or similar)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian or English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
