As a Temporary Consultancy service purchaser, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining framework agreements for hiring personnel within the construction disciplines. This includes rate negotiations, administration of hire agreements, and follow‑up of supplier documentation. You will also support the unit with various administrative tasks.
About the position
In this role, you will play a key part in managing framework agreements for hired‑in personnel within the construction disciplines. Your responsibilities include coordination with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining necessary approvals and documentation. You will collaborate closely with Aibel’s trade unions during annual approvals and in matters related to hired‑in personnel. The position also contributes to administrative tasks related to the Aibel camp and assists with processing travel expenses for internal employees. This role involves structured follow‑up, cross‑functional interaction, and hands‑on administrative work.
Qualifications
- Preferably an internal candidate familiar with Aibel and construction resource procedures and/or procurement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably within economics, administration, or procurement
- Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Strong system understanding and confident user of Aibel’s IT tools
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral

You work in a structured, accurate and focused manner, and you bring strong commercial awareness. You can operate independently while also contributing effectively in a team. You build good working relationships, demonstrate a professional attitude, and navigate your tasks with commitment and reliability. Knowledge of the tariff agreements Industrioverenskomsten VO (Fellesforbundet) and LOK (El & IT) is an advantage.
