The report has been prepared by Aibel’s Sustainability Committee, which comprises representatives from key areas for the sustainability work such as HR, HSSE, SCM, Compliance and Communications.
First and foremost, the report for 2021 highlights how Aibel works on issues relating to the environment, anti-corruption, working conditions and human rights. In accordance with the equality and discrimination legislation, Aibel has also expanded its reporting in these areas, as well as establishing a separate report. Furthermore, for the first time, Aibel has included a roadmap for low carbon and net zero, showing how the company is working towards a target of zero emissions by 2050.
