The environmental disclosures have been expanded, and the report also details the Group’s workforce management, diversity and inclusion efforts, and human rights commitments.
Aibel has introduced new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track its progress in areas such as GHG emissions reduction, energy efficiency, and employee engagement. The Group has also strengthened its governance practices with a new whistleblowing policy and expanded compliance training.
