"On behalf of the owners, I would like to extend our gratitude to Helge for his excellent leadership of the board at Aibel over many years. Under his guidance, the company has experienced strong and profitable growth, significantly strengthened its balance sheet, and successfully positioned itself in the European offshore wind market," says Morten Borge, CEO of Ferd*.

She joined the Aibel ASA board in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience from her numerous board positions in global shipping, energy, and industrial companies. Wilhelmsen ASA and BW Offshore ASA.

"Aibel is a well-run company with a strong presence in both established and new markets that I look forward to working closely with,” says Rebekka G. Herlofsen.

Additionally, Hedda Felin has been elected as a new board member. Felin is currently the CEO of the Hurtigruten group and has extensive international experience from the energy industry through various roles at Equinor.
