Senior Technical Officer - LCI

Engineering in Stavanger is looking to strengthen the Life Cycle Information (LCI) team with new Senior Technical Officers in Lead positions. You will play an important part in monitoring and reporting LCI progress against LCI milestones, and will be entrusted with the role as an LCI/DC Discipline Lead.

About the position
Ensuring a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities, will be important parts of the role. We're seaching for you with minimum 10 years' relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry. Within the dynamic energy sector, we’re embarking on numerous exciting projects. We hope that you want to contribute to our fantastic team!

Responsibilities and tasks include

  • Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
  • Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
  • Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
  • Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
  • Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as Discipline Lead
  • Extensive experience within LCI/Document Control
  • Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys, STID and Change Manager
  • Competence in document management systems ProArc, STID and Pims DC
  • Good command of both Norwegian and English
